The Restaurant, opened in 1961,just celebrated the 50th year of operation with the return of the family that made it famous. Viviana Viviani founded the restaurant in the sixties and became a legend in her own right. After several changes in management the restaurant returns to its roots - the spectacular view, the original recipes, and the good times - with the help of Marco Manieri, Viviana´s nephew.
